When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. During peak periods such as kit launches or Christmas, please allow up to 5-7 working days for dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our official merchandise worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return a personalized jersey?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jerseys that have been personalized with a name and number, unless the garment is faulty.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our kits are generally 'athletic fit,' so we recommend sizing up if you prefer a looser feel.
Can I click and collect my order from Turner's Cross?
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service from our club shop. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
