Returns & Exchanges

At Cork City FC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official club gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn, tagged items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that personalized jerseys cannot be returned unless faulty.

• 2.
  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original package, clearly stating whether you require a size exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely package your items and send them to our Club Shop at Turner's Cross. We recommend using a tracked postal service as the club is not responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Processing and Notification

  Once received, our team will inspect the goods and process your request within 5-7 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange is complete.
